       Staffs are the force for Zowee Technology to have sustainable development, and also a key factor to maintain enterprise competitiveness. Enterprise can have the momentum for exploration and innovation, and sustainable development with team members hand in hand only by considering the staff, caring staff through practical actions and making them have a sense of belonging. 
       Zowee pays attention to staff’ welfare guarantee, creates a healthy and safe work environment, and have the strivers obtain reasonable rewards and opportunities for promotion. We focus on staff’ occupational development at the same time of enterprise development, and provide staff with multiple value realization channels to help them realize value.  
       Advocating "work efficiently and live a happy life", Zowee creates an efficient, relaxing and caring working atmosphere for staff, to promote staff’ happiness and their balance of work and life. There is a series of staff care activities organized every year, such as "family day" and "birthday party", and staffs are encouraged to actively participate in the activities. We advocate staff to care about each other and work in a relaxed and happy manner. 
       The company started the spare-time societies organized by staff themselves in 2006, so as to follow enterprise tenant, promote the corporate culture, enrich staff’ spare-time cultural life, improve their body and mind quality, and enliven enterprise atmosphere. There are societies such as football, basketball, badminton, outdoor climbing, riding and calligraphy established in the company and each subsidiary, which are uniformly regulated according to the management system. As an effective carrier of the corporate culture, societies of the company can show the hobbies and interests and multi-level cultural needs of the staff. 
       Zowee specifies that there shall be no discrimination of race, gender, nationality, age, pregnancy or disability, etc. in the employment, promotion and remuneration, etc. Zowee expressly prohibits the use of forced, bonded or indentured labor, and has detailed and reasonable provisions for important links such as enterprise employment, labor use and demission, to eliminate the use of forced labor from the specific practice. 
       Zowee expressly prohibits the use of child labor. In important links such as staff recruitment, employment, we have perfect prevention measures to preclude the use of child labor. Meanwhile, we request the suppliers to do so and supervise and audit them regularly, so as to make sure that the child labor is not used by them.
