2. Molding: 
60 Nissei NEX series full servo high precision injection molding machines equipped with STAR five-axis full servo manipulator are able to meet different advanced molding processes. Japan Matsui Modern Centralized Feed System with -40℃ dew point dehumidification dryer and high-power Japan imported Roots blower, makes sure that completely dry raw materials are conveyed to the injection molding machine, with the capacity of about 10 million pieces per month.

3. Spray Printing Processing:
There is one 3-spray 3-bake automatic spraying line and two PVD vacuum electroplating machines at present. The spraying equipment possesses special double-layer design and unique energy-saving technology to largely reduce the environmental damage produced during running, with the production cost generally lower than the level of the same industry and with higher working efficiency.
