PLM Operation Procedure
Zowee has applied a full product lifecycle management (PLM) system to provide accurate data and information from aspects of software and to facilitate operation of the whole product development process in an efficient way. This system integrates full product research and development data, including project-specific plan, design document, testing material, material numbering file, and project change etc., and sets up a joint development platform with strict management process and authority control. In addition, it integrates enterprise ERP system, provides related manufacturing and delivery data, and integrates with CRM to provide necessary design documents required for maintenance, so as to closely integrate design, manufacturing and service processes, and to provide products and services to all customers’ satisfaction.
Product Development Procedure
Through professional and innovative research and development processes, Zowee will be able to develop new products successfully in a short period and import them to massive production. In addition to basic specifications required by customers, we will, based on years of experience in development, actively provide customers with a full testing plan, to inspire ourselves to provide better services for customers by following stricter standards.
